An alternative mordant to Alum. Often used as the preferred mordant for cellulose based fibers and fabrics. Recommended as the mordant of choice when printing with natural dyes.
Note: This is a very powdery product. The use of a dust mask, or respirator plus good ventilation is recommended when using it to avoid irritation. It is astringent and may dry hands, so wear gloves to protect skin. Keep away from children and pets.
