The Flip Trap is a handy weaving tools holder for the Schacht Flip Folding Rigid Heddle Loom. It sports two posts which easily insert into the pre-existing holes on the ends of the loom. The Flip Trap is best used when the loom is on the Trestle Stand.

"Simply a great investment! Keep all your essential tools at hand. Wonderful when working with multiple shuttles."
"I have a Harrisville A4 floor loom - 22"". So in my frustration I tried many things to create a loom trap - but when I saw this and the size I had an idea that it might work for me. I added two small blocks with the proper hole size for the trap bars under the front beam small enough to not interfere with the function of the loom and voila! It works perfectly! I couldn't be happier!"
"This tray makes it easy to have the most-needed tools at your fingertips!"
"Don’t care for this. Gets in the way when I am weaving. I removed."
"I am really enjoying my flip loom. It was so easy to set up, and with my travel bag, I can take it to classes without banging it up. You'll definitely want to order the trap that attaches in front for holding tools and shuttles. I ordered it later because I could see it would be helpful. Love it!"
"Loving this loom, was easy to setup, bought the stand for it also which makes it more comfortable to use."
"It’s just not that effective for me- I’ve found that I prefer to put the shuttles in my lap instead."
"Nice product, good place to lay your tools."
"While the concept for a tray is good, I was unable to use it for two reasons. One, due to weakness in my hands, I was unable to insert the metal posts into the holes on the loom. Two, after a neighbor was able to mount it, I found that when sitting at the loom on the trestle, the only way the tray and my legs fit was if the loom was perpendicular to the floor. Since the loom is used for tapestry weaving, I find it necessary to have the working area on an angle, hence the use of the trestle rather than a table. The tray is now in my closet."
"I love having convenient storage space. If using two shuttles, it's a great place to store the second. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that it is in front of the loom. I am short and it does make it harder to advance the loom. But, I would not get rid of it!"
