English Leicester/Leicester Longwool fleece is very dense and durable. It is a versatile fiber which could be spun fine and smooth, or heavy and textured. The fleece has a very wavy crimp and a shine making it dye beautifully. It’s durability makes it a wonderful fleece to use in weaving or rug-making.
