This extension, with one additional comb close to the warp, gives you better control on the width of the yarn section (be it 1" or 2") so the guides are not needed. Height of comb is adjustable. Must be used with the Leclerc Tension Box.

Helpful addition to tension box
"This has been a helpful addition to the tension box for sectional warping. It gets the warp section right down to the beam spokes resulting in threads not missing the sections as much as it does without it. It is well made and screws solidly to the box. The extension height can be adjusted to fit different looms and the instructions give you a guide for various loom brands. However, the extension doesn’t adjust as you go so for my loom, i have to readjust the entire box each time I move to a new section (my loom back bar is close to the warp beam so the box bottom isn’t sitting flush to the bar requiring me to readjust the box on each move). The extension comes with 12 dent combs but other dent sizes can be purchased and easily switched out. Overall I am glad I bought it."
