WARNING! Double Heddle Block Problem for People Using the Stand

"I purchased a set of double heddle blocks (not to be confused with using two sets of single heddle blocks). The speed with which it was shipped was great as was the quality as usual. However, the fact that due to incomplete testing, the design means they have to go into the holes IN FRONT of the break-down tab causing the shed and available weaving space will be greatly reduced (by about 4. 5""). It took quite a while to find a picture of a double heddle block installed on this loom (the pic above shows two sets of single heddle blocks) and even then it was installed in the position directly behind the break-down tab because it was not on a stand. If you have a stand, the expanded heddle block is unable to be installed in the normal position due to the stand connection bolt overlapping the blocks (even if you move the wingnut to the outside of the stand). This problem is not mentioned anywhere in the description so I was not aware until I tried to install them. This could have been solved by Kromski routing out a small portion of the block to allow the bolt to sit easily under the block, this would not affect the stability or functionality of the blocks (or the stand) and would have allowed it to be installed correctly on a Harp Forte loom. Again, good quality and if you don't have a stand, there's no problem, this only is an issue if you have the loom installed on a stand. It would have received five stars had they properly designed it for use with their own stand."
