The Woolery is pleased to partner with Ragged Life so that we can offer their 100% wool blanket yarn derived from selvedge recovered from British woolen mills in and around the Yorkshire area. Ideal for rag weaving, peg loom weaving, locker hooking and a whole host of other creative uses.

Each ~250g (~8.8 oz.) ball is already cut into a continuous strip making it ready use when received. Sometimes you may want to split the strip into smaller widths to accomodate your project. 

In addition to the striking appearance, each ball is environmentally friendly as it would otherwise be destined for a landfill as production waste.

Elspeth Jackson has established herself as one of the leading rag-ruggers in the UK and continues to push the boundaries of what can be done with upcycled rags.
