"This is a beautiful wheel. It spins smoothly. There was an issue with a piece that broke in shipping, but the Woolery took care of it."
"I am a novice spinner and struggled a bit to spin yarn. I was given the chance to try a Lendrum double treadle and was amazed at how it changed my spinning. I immediately found I was able to spin pretty consistent thread. I decided to purchase one and will not look back. I love the results both of spinning and plying. When my wheel arrived, it was making a rubbing noise at the wheel. I emailed the Woolery and got a response within hours. After sending photos and answering a few questions, I was able to correct the issue on the same day and it has not had any problems since. I am very happy with the spinning wheel and with the helpful customer service. And with all the accessories I should be set for quite a while. Thank you."
"Love my new lendrum! The thing that grew me to it was the angle on it. So comfortable to sit at. Love how easy the poly band is also. Perfect to ply 4 oz skeins."
"I love it. I have wanted a Lendrum for years. Easy peasy set up and effortless spinning."
"This is such a versatile wheel. Love it!!"
"Get a Lendrum wheel immediately! Absolutely fantastic. My spinning improved massively from the very 1st use. Others have made such comments in their reviews & I was skeptical, but it was amazing how well I did vs using a wheel I had borrowed - not a Lendrum. The angled position helps you see the bobbin really well. The lighter wood makes it easier to see everything as well IMO. I was using a very dark wood wheel. I really think the lighter wood is better to be able to see everything. I love this wheel. It is amazing. Everyone I run into who has this wheel raves about it. I've talked more than 1 friend into saving up to get their own. It's also a great deal! You get a lot of extras with this wheel. You won't be disappointed with this wheel. Spins smoothly and quietly. A joy to work with! And, as always, great service from The Woolery!"
"I love this wheel!!!! It's my first spinning wheel and it spins effortlessly. It's so quiet and easy to set up. So far I've spun wool and cotton but can't wait to try all the fibers!"
"I love my Lendrum wheel. The Woolery was wonderful to order from and everything was packaged and sent in a way that protected all the parts. The order came more quickly than i thought."
"This is my first wheel and I am in love! Up until now I have been using hand spindles. I thought it was time to add a more production oriented tool to the mix and this one did not disappoint. I have only had a chance to use the regular flyer but so far am extremely impressed with how easy this is to set up and use. I watched a couple of videos before it even got here and I was ready to set it up and get spinning as soon as I got it out of the box. It has a really low footprint so it takes up minimal space in my spinning room. I'm very excited to try flax and cotton on this gorgeous solid wood wheel. My only gripe is I had a really hard time getting the orifice hook out of its slot but a chopstick next to the hook and some tapping with a hammer popped it right out of there without any damage to the tool or the wheel. Everything else has been smooth sailing."
"I took this spinning wheel to Kansas City in the largest suitcase I could find that flew for free on Southwest Airlines. It is a tough cookie and spins like a dream. I was able to learn how to make art yarn, lace and good worsted and woolen on her. She gave me no problems at all and the three flyers make it extremely versatile."
