A Great Little Loom
"I owned a smaller Ashford Rigid Heddle in the early 2000’s and loved it. This 25” is even better made and far more versatile. While I haven’t tried it, yet, I know the built in warping board will be equally nice. I started back weaving with a little Schacht Cricket, I find the Ashford to be much more solid. We had some misgivings when we saw the loom put together. It didn’t look quite right in our apartment. My husband mentioned putting one of my quilts on it with the loom bed down. It looks for all the world like a quilt stand. I’ve included a photo so those in small spaces can decide if this might be be helpful to toy. I recommend incorporating one of these into your weaving life."
