Texsolv Loop Cord is made of two parallel nylon ropes that are locked together at regular intervals forming a continuous series of regular loops. This polyester cord is extremely durable and knotless and can be quickly and securely fastened together in a number of different ways. Great for Loom tie-ups!
Note: because Texsolv loom cord is a series of loops, all tied together, it is easy to make a lark’s head knot anywhere you want one by pushing a pinch or fold of the cord back into one of the loops. This can be secured either by putting a rod through it, as in the case of the apron rod, or by securing it with one of the Texsolv pegs.
The Texsolv web site has illustrations of a number of ways to use the cord to fasten nearly everything. Scroll past the heddles to get to the cord and its potentials.

"Great for repairs"
"I have this on both of my looms and it's like new even after years of service. Then, this winter, I decided to try growing greens under lights. When I realized that I needed to move the lights down for small seedlings then slowly raise them as they grew, Texsolv Cord was perfect for doing this. It's easy to count the loops and keep the lights hanging evenly, and very sturdy and dependable. Plus, the white cord keeps this set-up, which is in the kitchen, from looking industrial. I strongly recommend it for more than weaving equipment."
"The cord is useful for not only attaching loom shafts but I’ve found they are great for holding the warp/fabric rods, and lease sticks while warping and weaving."
"Easy to use, strong and flexible, excellent for apron rods and other projects."
"I bought some extra loom cord to replace some loom cord on a rigid heddle loom that I own. Works great. Glad that you offered it by the yard rather than having to buy an entire spool - that can get a bit pricey."
"Just what I needed."
"Can't believe how cheap this is, love the option to sell by the yard. Have been using for tie ups, might get more to update front and back aprons!"
"Got my 50 + year old Dorset loom restored. Thanks for all the help getting me there. Always top notch service from your caring, knowledgeable crew."
"I accidentally cut the cord on the front apron rod of my rigid heddle loom. This was exactly what I needed to make the repair with some left over if needed again. Thank you for selling in yard lengths."
