Synthrapol removes excess dye from hand dyed fabrics. It also removes sizing, grease, dirt and other materials prior to dyeing. Will allow even color when used in the dye bath. It is recommended to use Synthrapol when washing hand dyed fabrics before using them in a garment or quilt, or when fabric is already quilted and bleeds onto adjacent fabric, or simply to soak fabric before dyeing.
