A excellent great storage option. It is wide enough to hold shuttles, threading hook, bobbins, and scissors, but does not interfere with your weaving.
Please note that the shape of the beams the Wolf Trap attaches to have been modified at various times in the product’s history. In the past, Schacht produced looms with rounded beams, but now the beams are squared.
The Wolf Trap now comes with universal brackets for both old and new style beams.
This trap will fit both older and newer Schacht Mighty Wolf looms without any modification.

"As with a lot of attachments (raddle etc. ). you need to use a rubber band or tie to make sure it stays on. It does what it is intended to do, holds my shuttles, scissors, extra spools. I am forever losing something; the trap makes everything nice and handy."
"Having an older wolf,. It did not stay on the loom. I fall off while I am weaving. The only suggestion was to try a shelf liner to hold it on. I had purchased a trap for my older Baby Wolf a couple years ago and it came with a more squared connection which worked great on the rounded beam and it NEVER fell of the loom! No, I do not recommend this product."
