"I have not had a chance to use the pick up stick yet, however, I also purchased some cotton yarn and customer service called me to let me know that some of the yarn was on order and they wondered if I would like to wait for my whole order or would I like them to ship the items that they had in stock. They said it would be an additional week or so if I waited for the whole order but they also would be happy to ship what was in stock right away. I was in no hurry for any of the yarn but that was Great Customer Service."
