Look sturdy but wrong diameter for my winder
"The quills seem quite sturdy. Alas they don't fit on my thicker bobbin winder (I know there are thinner winders. ) I need something drinking-straw sized and I'm surprised they are not available since quills are definitely the way to go for finer threads and narrow sheds. Gave them to a friend who will get good use out of them"
