Rated 5 out of 5 — 6 verified reviews

This wonderful hand-forged stainless steel hook is a huge favorite among rug hookers. Now available with a fancy wood handle, it was designed and created by Nancy Miller of Miller Rug Hooking to be comfortably held like a pencil rather than gripped in the palm.

This hook is designed with a tapered shaft that enlarges the hole in the backing to allow for strain-free pulling of loops. The result is hours of enjoyable pain-free hooking.

Beautiful!

"I have been learning to punch needle and made several projects over the summer. I am very new to rug hooking. Okay. I have never hooked a rug in my life. The wood is beautiful and I gave it a go yesterday. I’m gonna love this. It felt good in my hand and once I get the hang of the actual movement, I am sure I am going to love this. I never start small. I go for it. My first project will be a rug hook cover for a bench at the end of our bed. . . . or not. Lol. Let the games begin!"
