The 6" metal tapestry needle is fantastic for weaving in ends on tapestry or rug projects.
The 5/16" by almost 1/8" eye is large enough for even heavy rug wools and the tip is flattened as it bends to a slight scoop shape.

I haven't learned to tie knots very well, and sometimes I use this needle to untie tight knots that I failed to get right. This is an extremely useful needle. (need a few more. . )"
