Learning Curve
"Recently broke the smaller whorl that came with my Rose. Sent pictures to the Woolery to determine which whorl to purchase. When the Rose whorl arrived, it was the larger whorl. Contacted Woolery to report the problem and we worked with Majacraft to determine what whorls came with my wheel. It turned out the smaller whorl was a ""Suzie"" whorl. (Majacraft now includes a Little Gem whorl with the new Rose wheels) The Woolery quickly shipped the whorl I needed and sent me the postage tag to return the Rose whorl. Learning curve for both me and the staff, but everything was resolved quickly and correctly."
