"My Lucet tool was rough in 3 places and 2 of them the yarn would snag on. I called and was told that they had 3 in stock but 2 of them were like mine. I had to send pictures. They did give me a 50% credit which they put on my credit card. They told me to sand down the rough spots which I did."
