"This shuttle has a nice throwing weight, not too heavy but not too light. It maintains a level plane as it passes through the shed. Also, I was looking for a slim shuttle for my table loom. The thicker shuttle that I had would catch on the warp threads as the shed became smaller just as I was getting ready to advance. This shuttle saves me a little time because I don't have to advance quite as often."
