"I have emailed and called you regarding my displeasure with my purchase. Have received no communication at all. The pointed end of this shuttle is faulty. There is extra plastic hanging on which makes it difficult to pull through the yarn. It catches. So, I imagine I have to figure out how to trim it back and end up with a smooth edge. Very disappointed in the product and your non response to my communication."
