Missing bobbin replaced at record speed

"I ordered the jumbo flyer kit in Mahogany, which I received quickly, only to find out that the bobbin in the kit was missing. A chat and email to the Woolery, and they were on it! Finding that they had no bobbins in stock, they contacted Kromski directly and had them send me one from their warehouse. I had the new bobbin in a week!
