"I am pleased with the Minstrel. I spin and weave blankets that require almost 5,000 yards of wool. I have always used a 30 inch wheel, so did not know if this size would work. It does. Also is good for my posture Janice."

Love my minstrel

"Love my minstrel! Like my antique wheels, it is not fussy about heat and moisture fluctuations, with the super smooth modern wheel treadling. Super happy with my purchase!"

The Kromski Minstrel is my

"The Kromski Minstrel is my first spinning wheel. It was easy to finish and assemble. The YouTube videos from Kromski and The Woolery helped me to be actually spinning usable yarn within days. I believe I will have many happy years with the Minstrel. The Customer Service Team at The Woolery is exceptional from the start to the finish of placing an order. They accommodated my indecisions and order changes without complaint. Once the order was finalized, it was shipped right away. Upon receipt, I discovered one of the bobbins was broken. I notified The Woolery and received a replacement bobbin the same week. I have been completely satisfied with my Minstrel or The Woolery."

Work of art and amazing tool!

"The unfinished Kromski Minstrel arrived in just a few days after ordering. It was packed extremely well and all the pieces were present and intact. I finished it using dutch oil and it turned out beautifully! The paper instruction to put the wheel together were fairly thorough, but I did also use a couple of online videos. It spins like a dream! An incredibly smooth and precise machine. I can very easily spin thick or thin yarns. I'm using scotch tension for now, but plan on practicing with the double drive as well. If you are considering this wheel, buy it!"
