Pattern shuttles are used to create interesting patterns in your weaving projects. The Handywoman Pattern stick shuttles have a gentle curve on one side and a more severe curve pattern on the other.
Each of these pattern shuttles currently are made in a few different wood species but there will be other options soon. These are laser cut and then the edges are beveled by hand to aid in beating the pattern into place.
Each shuttle is handmade and hand sanded and waxed to a satin shine so no two will be exactly alike.

"I have always used a comb or fork to give me my undulating movement but they never were as even, soft or as pleasing as with this tool. So glad I finally got it. Worth its weight (and more) for the freehand weaver."
