"Used this to learn how to spin! Great for beginners or anyone who is looking for something with a very long staple length. The way that it is striped leaves some room for creativity with the colors too. The wool itself is not very soft but also not itchy so it should be fine for most next to skin projects. Would make for a very hardy sweater, hat or gloves…but maybe not what I would choose for something with a high neckline. All in all, AMAZING value and perfect for learning to spin."

"This was the very first fiber I ever spun. Due to my inexperience, my yarn was uneven and lumpy. I appreciated that the varying fiber colors contrasted enough to help me see the twist; I recommend that to beginners! I found it softer than Cheviot top but not as soft as the Hill Radnor top. I could see myself buying more in future! I recommend!"
