"You have to give yourself time to get used to them but once you do your knitting will fly along. For socks i use dpns for two of the needles but the rest is with the shorties"

"just got these and I have to say I love them! I love the points and I thought the short length would be a bit awkward, but after a few rounds I got it down! If you like to make socks, gloves, small hats or anything with small needles, these are great! I am going to buy a few extra cables and they are available."
