"I got so disgusted either my old umbrella swift that I threw it away. I found a much better design with the Beka, and it will accommodate all sizes of skein easily. One piece arrived broken and the Woolery was wonderful with customer support and a new piece arrived “swiftly. ” It doesn’t fold up to a compact size like an umbrella swift, but small matter. My only mild complaint is that the uprights were not quite smooth and needed a little sanding. Overall, a great product!"

"Good directions for putting it together. Turns/spins easily and winding a ball is basically effortless - just a little 'guiding' with your spare hand (if you have a manual ball winder). It does take up storage space - something I had not thought of before purchasing. Lesson learned. Otherwise, it is a great addition to my weaving equipment."
