The bobbins are quick and easy to change. Scotch tension and 4 speed flyer allow for a wide variety of yarn to be spun. Horizontal adjustment of the maiden bar allows perfect alignment with the 4 speed whorl.

"The Ashford Double Drive wheel is an absolute delight. I’m a relatively new spinner and I learned to spin on the Louet S10 and Ashford traditional single drive. The double drive allows for much more versatility as I spin, especially with a variety of fibers. It was extremely easy to put together and although I wish spinning oil came with the wheel (for setup and maintenance), the spinning was very smooth for a few days even without the oil. Every time I have been in contact with The Woolery, the customer service has been marvelous and quick. I look forward to buying a jumbo flyer to be able to spin very large skeins in the future!"
