For those weavers that do not want to hold their Kromski Harp (or Fiddle) in the traditional manner (back end propped against a table edge), the Kromski's offer a beautiful floor stand. All the pieces have been turned so there is shape and contour to everything, making for a striking piece of woodworking.
And note some of the features: the warping pegs (those that come with the loom) can be used as ledges on either side of the loom to hold shuttles, old yarn or to keep other supplies handy. The remaining pegs can be conveniently stored at the bottom back of the loom. Use the stand for weaving, yes, but also for warping, and for storage (your Harp can be folded on the stand so it takes up less space).
We are sure weavers will find even more ingenious ways to use the Harp floor stand.

"I bought my Kromski Harp without a stand to start (to reduce cost), but I quickly learned that it was necessary for my 24” loom. The stand has made warping and weaving so much more enjoyable. If you’re considering the Harp, I highly recommend you get the stand! And as usual, the Woolery is top notch with their shipping and packaging!"

Baffling
"The instructions are so unclear that I now see . . looking at this picture - that I have it on backwards. There are a bunch of holes partway through, of unknown purpose. Maybe its for their warping board idea. It is light weight and portable. You will have to hold the bar with your feet, to provide stability while you move the heddle - the frame can't hold the loom in place while you weave."

"I LOVE my loom. Put it together myself despite Kromski’s brief instruction booklet. I made two placemats with cotton I had laying around. Oh my God. A whole new world opened the door. Who knew, weaving. I am in love. Sorry back to Kromski. I have nothing to compare it with. I chose it because of their metal rachets and warping pegs for when you cannot direct warp. Folks at the Woolery always A plus, top notch on everything. I will not buy anywhere else if they carry it. Thank you for reading."

"I don’t know how I wove without the stand! My feet rest easy on the low stabilizer bar and it keeps everything nice and steady. I can easily take it apart and put back together again when it’s needed and it stores nicely in the bag."
