TOFT Crochet Kit - Morag the Highland Cow
TOFT is most famous for their best-selling range of cute Edward's Menagerie crochet kits perfect for both beginner and experienced crocheters.
This cute crochet animal project forms part of our Edward's Menagerie collection of amigurumi crochet toys designed by Kerry Lord.
Highland cows (known locally to Scots as 'coos') are the oldest cattle breed in the world, originating from the Highlands and the Western Isles of Scotland. They were originally Black, but the Victorians selectively bred them to become the standard 'ginger' color we all recognize and love today – captured perfectly by TOFT's Camel shade.
All kit materials and tools are of the highest quality, making each stitch a pleasure to create and the easy-to-follow patterns are designed to provide hours of pleasure to the maker.
Kit contains enough material for one figure approximately 13.25" tall using a 3.0mm hook.
Amigurimi ("knitted or crocheted stuffed toy) is the Japanese art of creating small, stuffed yarn creatures and figures.
