Review of 36 inch peg loom

"I love this loom! The workmanship is great. The base is smooth, as are the pegs. The pegs fit wonderfully into the base. I just got the loom about 6 weeks ago, and started off with a small practice piece, then a larger one. Now making a full sized piece with my first spun yarns that are less than desirable! So far so good!"

Beautifully Made Peg Loom

"Beautifully made base and pegs. Pegs fit easily into holes and are smooth and nicely finished. Very good quality. Delighted with how nice the loom is in person."

Very happy

"This is seriously one of the most affordable, soothing looms ever. I had planned on making one myself but don’t regret splurging and buying this peg loom. The pegs all fit really well. Its very pretty and well made with no splintering issues etc. I have no criticism at all. Even the delivery/shipping was amazingly quick I used it to make a playmat for my newborn but plan on using it for rag rugs in the future."

Waiting, response to peg holes being too small. . . .

"Waiting for mine to arrive. Comment for others to help, with their problem of the peg holes being too small or rough. Use a string through the hole, and tie your warp strings to that, or, as one person did, drill them out to make them smoother and larger."

Desi M. (4/5)

The loom base is well made. Pegs need improvement.

"The pegs fit nicely into the holes. . . not too tight or too loose. The base that holds the pegs has a nice weight The loom came with 2 extra pegs. . . however, the holes in the pegs are not smoothly drilled- they are rough and yarn catches on them and the holes are too small to take some yarns."

I ordered the peg loom

"I ordered the peg loom with a two fold plan in mind. I demonstrate spinning wool yarn at an historic site and often talk about other tools or crafts of the 1800s. The peg loom allows visitors to see one kind of weaving done without a floor loom and lets me experiment with various non conventional weaving materials on a simple loom."

Patricia M. (5/5)

My first loom

"I am hooked to the world of looms. Cannot wait to make other projects. Working on a bath mat. This is large enough to make a good sized project but light enough to sit on your lap. Sturdy and perfectly made. Came with a few extra pegs which was thoughtful."

Emily S. (5/5)

Loving it!

"I am loving my new peg loom so much that I've decided to order a spinning wheel as well, to help me use up all of my wool stash from years of felting. The quality is exactly what I expected from the Wooler!"
