My favorite yarn

"I grew up not far from the old Briggs and Little mill. That one burned down and it was a fairly long time before the mill was rebuilt. However, the yarn is very similar to the old yarns. It feels more like handspun that modern yarns. It feels more like real wool and most modern yarns. It contains a lot of lanolin which means you'll have hats, mittens, and garments that keep you dry in snowy weather."

5 stars!

"I can’t say enough wonderful things about the woolery. I was in search of a specific yarn and color and they had it. When I ordered, they didn’t have enough quantity in stock but their customer service was quick and so friendly in rectifying it. When it came back in stock, they shipped it immediately and it got to me SO fast! I’ve already cast on my project & I can’t wait to wear this sweater! The quality & texture of the yarn is amazing for the price point."

Briggs & Little

"I was excited to use this yarn for my next sweater project. But it was very rough and had a smell that was hard to deal with. It did knit up beautifully but I wish I would have gotten a dyed yarn so it maybe was softer. But over all great quality and the undyed natural color was beautiful. The website was easy to navigate and customer service has been great."

Great Experience(:

"I was a little nervous to buy from a new shop, but the customer service was so excellent. I had to wait for yarn that was on back order and they called me to let me know and emailed me as well. They were so kind! The yarn itself is beautiful! I can’t wait to make my sweater with it. It feels so sturdy and the light blue color is beautiful!"

Great yarn but sooo much

"Great yarn but sooo much excess grass and hay. Feel like I’m picking out pokey grass at least once for every row."
