"I had been using a cotton drive band for my Ashford Traveler but my cats kept chewing on it. I replaced it with the polycord in this kit and it's great. So far the cats haven't chewed on it either."
Best driveband for the Ashford Traveller
"I did watch a video online before attempting to put this on the wheel. I also practiced a few times with the extra at the end of the driveband so I could get it right. Once on, this is the smoothest and most quiet driveband ever and really makes a lovely difference to your wheel. I highly recommend this over the regular cotton/linen varieties."
Needed just a little more instruction
"As a very new person to spinning I was hesitant at first to figure out how to attach the new drive band and ended up finding a video that was helpful. What could have made this easier to figure out would be some pictures in the instructions with this kit."

"Sorry to report that my beloved Ashford Traditional has been in storage for a number of years. As such some of the components had deteriorated! My sister told me about The Woolery, so I checked for a new drive band (and a few other parts and bobbins). The drive band works great! Took me a couple of tries to get the tension just right, and I have to train my hands to learn how to spin again, but we're getting there! Thanks for a great product and quick service. Will shop here again! Soon!"
