Great yarn for weaving hems
"Mostly I use this 20/2 perle cotton for weaving hems on my tea towels. Since I usually use Brassard’s 8/2 cotton for the body of the towels, I really like that I can obtain matching colors in the lighter weight. Using the 20/2 cotton in the hems reduces bulk significantly, and makes for a much nicer hem. The quality of Brassard cottons is always excellent, and I appreciate that it comes in 1/2 pound quantities rather than full pound, since I often don’t need much, and my storage space is limited."

"It's not the first time I have bought this thread - I love it. The colors are very bright - for 100% cotton anyway. Extremely low to no lint, I have so far come across only one knot in like 10 cones, so the quality is very high. It is very very thin, but it works wonderfully on my manual knitting machine."
