"I’m happy to share my experience of shopping at the Woolery. My experience began several years ago when I had purchased an older spinning wheel. I knew nothing about it but knew it needed some help. Somehow I called the Woolery. To be able to speak to a person who was willing to help me with this problem, was so nice. Together we were able to determine what it needed and to get it spinning. This took a few telephone calls and much patience on their part. I’ve never forgot their kindness in a world that has forgotten about customer service. I look at the Woolery first when I’m searching for something and recommend it to all of my knitting/spinning friends."
