Founded by owner Stephanie Shiman, Frabjous Fibers is located in the BDCC Book Press Building located in Brattleboro, Vermont. T
Trivia note – Rudyard Kipling wrote The Jungle Book in his house just outside of Brattleboro in 1894. Brattleboro is also the home of the New England Center for Circus Arts.
Stephanie has grown the business from a dining room table operation with a single product into a vibrant brand that offers a full line of hand dyed fibers and yarns. Much of the color inspiration in the product offering is derived from the colorful adventures of Alice in Wonderland as well as the unique and picturesque landscape of southern Vermont.
