Cultivated from a different strain of moth than Mulberry (bombyx) silk, Tussah silk fiber is incredibly fine, but just a little coarser than Mulberry, and feels a bit less slippery. 

Ideal for blending with other fibers to add a touch of elegance to your next spinning project.

Highly recommended for new silk spinners.
