No Hassle Return Policy
The Woolery accepts returns on most new, unopened and unassembled items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Some exceptions* apply.
- Please obtain a return authorization number by contacting us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or via phone at 800-441-9665.
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, except on damaged or defective items.
- We will issue a credit via the original form of payment once the item has been received and approved through quality control in our shop.
- Returns must include all original parts and packing materials and be in new condition.
- If your original order was over $100 and you received free shipping, we will calculate the original cost for shipping your returned item(s) and deduct this amount from your refund.
- Allow up to 2 weeks for your return or exchange to be processed.
- Books, videos, dyes, floor looms, products that require extensive assembly, or special order items are not eligible.
- Wooden products that have been finished (by you or the Woolery) are not eligible.
- Hand cut fabrics may be returned for a store credit only.
- Clearance items.
